It is always nice to have reminders of those special still mornings on the lake or bring the colors of the changing leaves into your home.

What happens after purchasing a commission work?

✦ Once you purchase a commission, I will message you to ask for a photo reference and any details you had in mind.  (Please keep in mind I cannot copy other people's photos, but I can use them for reference.)

✦ I will send you sketches before finishing the drawing/painting so you can let me know if you would like something changed. Adjustments won't be able to made after a design is agreed on. I will not move from the sketch until I get confirmation from you.

✦ You must answer the emails with three days or you may loose your place in my commissions list or potential have your order canceled.

Refunds/Returns
* No refunds once I have started working on your piece.
* There are no returns for custom art. 

Time Frame
Painting itself takes at least two months, but how long depends entirely on the size and complexity of the painting. Drying times can be unpredictable, but expect at least a couple of months. I will not ship it until I am sure the painting will not be ruined.

Terms

* I reserve the right to decline/cancel requests due to poor photography, request is not in my skill set, client does not reply to my initial emails that verify the direction of the painting or painting, or because of rude or aggressive behavior of client.
* Changes are only allowed to be made during the sketch phase otherwise an upcharge will occur.
* The client is allowed to use the artwork for:
 - Personal usage only. No commercial usage.
 - Print for personal use (i.e. digital art printed for your picture frame)
 - Upload the artwork to their personal social networks or as a profile picture giving the respective credits to the artist (link to the website or social network)
* Do not copy, trace, or claim as your own.
* Copy right is retained by me, the artist. 
* I am allowed to post commissions on social media or use as part of my marketing as examples of my commission work and skill set.
